City organization vision development focussing toward more citizen/customer centric government
Supporting the launch and cultivation of the Connecting Community Place & Spirit (CCPS) effort. In 2003, the breakthrough CCPS Learning Conference engaged the public with leading thinkers at the intersection of asset based community development, civic participation, leadership, economic development, and urban planning
Strategic planning for the Community Development division with an eye toward the changing role of government as this city transitions from design and building up to sustainable quality.
Scenario planning with the City Council and staff leadership to envision options for a future Civic Center.
Guiding the City Council through their annual strategic goal setting process in ‘03-’04 and ‘04-’05.
